Job Description
Facility must operate continuously without fail :-
a. with full compliance of CPCB rules and regulations.
b. Maintain and follow safety procedures for incinerator and incinerable waste storage
2. 100% compliance of Fire, Facility and Employee Safety at all times
3. 100% security of Inventory, Equipment and Assets of the company
4. Ensure Compliance of Lab and tests required to be done by all TSDF (Roorkee, Sahibabad) for the effective protection of environment by:-
• Understanding the compliance requirements for Secured Landfill sites, Incineration work, Monitoring Leachate Wells, Air, Ground Water, Soil Testing etc.
• Frequency of Testing as per CPCB’s/PCB guide line
• Guiding our Chemist (Full Time Employees) to conduct those tests or get them conducted by 3rd party providers.
• Recording the results of those tests at Individual test registers kept in the laboratory of TSDF as well as Head Office (Lajpat Nagar New Delhi)
• Preparing Lab Manual
• Preparing compliance manual.
• Preparing checklist for weekly jobs, monthly and quarterly monitoring at the facility.
• Ensuring the chemist perform what they are/were supposed to do (Conduct Lab Tests of HW, Calibrate, Monitor Air, Water Soil, River, Wells, Wind etc as per CPCB requirement and prepare File for each month properly).
5. Roorkee Lab to be standardized to conduct tests properly, maintain log book properly for incinerator, flue gas emissions stand and results job work performed etc.
6. Be available and be able to explain to inspectors (UPPCB, CPCB, MOef) and customers on how lab tests are done, how incinerator/SLF works and CPCB compliance (Mr. Bharat Manglani may be contacted if needed.)
7. Safety Compliance of TSDF facility, employees and environment.
8. Helping the Managers in their work for environment protection if need.
9. Maintaining the DPR report and sending it every day to Head office at New Delhi.
10. PROPERLY LABEL each hazardous waste STORAGE AREA within our factory. Physical Inventory must match with the log books. Label should have MATERIAL TYPE:, DATE RECEIVED, QTY, SOURCE NAME.
11. Pro-active improvements in Equipment, Process, Organization etc.
12. MUST follow confidentiality of BOC/BOWML data, customer information, technical process, design, our agreement and enforce on all employees
13. MUST enforce discipline, punctuality and professionalism (wearing uniform, cap or helmet) on all employees at all times.
14. Presenting Facility, PowerPoint and Inspections to prospects and customers to close business, get feedback and referrals.
