Job Description
Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) provide the following services to the Customers supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and Vendor Management.
Sourcing and Supplier Management
Procure to Pay
Order to cash
Record to Report
Financial Planning and Analysis
F&A operates from six locations across Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon
Role:
•You will be required to Manage F&A client in media research industry and have the ability to manage F&A operations across towers as the Global Operations Manager for Procure to Pay (with focus on invoice processing) globally. People reporting into this position from Bangalore, Krakow (Poland) and Manila.
Responsibility:
•Managing client engagements / contracts across geographies – Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
•Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction
•Though leadership on brining value to the client – technology and analytics
•Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision making
•Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery
•Manage career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training
•Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met
Skills Required:
•Demonstrated skills and experience in managing across aspects of Procure to Pay
•Candidates with CA/ICWAI / MBA from Tier-1 institutes would be given preference
•Exposure to financial planning, forecasting and group reporting
•Should have in-depth knowledge of managing F&A operations metrics
•Focus on implementation – essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOW
•Ability to interact and manage multiple customers across the globe and handle escalations
•Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively
•Drive to continuously look for opportunities to improve metrics and the validation of the data
•Analytical and numerical ability
•Proven Presentation and communication skills with flexibility in work hours
Total Experience Required:
•Minimum 12+ years of experience in F&A domain and preferably in a BPO environment.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years experience in Experience in F&A domain
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
