                    Verification of Orders & Agreements



                    Filing and MIS updation of Sales & Operations activities



                    Taking reports and coordination with other team members



                    Regular interaction with various other department for smooth work flow of the team



                    Attending to School enquiries and grievances  wrt bill & payments



                    Interaction with vendors , BP, school administrations, invoice clearing,  etc



                    Reminding the Operation &  Sales Team of timely installment collection



                    Ensuring accuracy of defaulters, drop outs, refunds and transfers



                    Collections & Deposits into Bank



                    Inventory Management (Courseware)



                    Projection of Agreement Requirement



                    Getting the business audits done like,



                    Agreement, &  Sign Offs etc.



                    Custodian of All important documents like INVOICES, REFUNDS/TRANSFERS, RECEIPTS,



                     COURSEWARE ISSUE, BANK DEPOSIT INFORMATION, IMPREST etc should be filed properly



 



                    Must have good  Accounting , Word, Excel,  Power Point and Communication skills



5 days working.  In case required may be called on Saturdays depending on the need of the business
