Skillsets Required:
· Good Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2003, Server 2008
· Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware
· Basic Knowledge of Linux, DHCP, DNS, FTP. Basic Knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting.
· Basic Knowledge of configuring L2 Switch, Router
· In-Depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Outlook
· In general must have a good troubleshooting skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
· System Administration of all the corporate offices
· Network Administration of corporate offices
· Good Troubleshooting skills
· To take regular backups as per the backup policy
· Bio Metric Maintenance across all locations
· Call centre backend Maintenance
· Co-Ordinating with service providers/vendors for troubleshooting hardware/software issues
· Basic skills on Mail server operations
· Manage/trouble shoot linux based DHCP server
· Manage/trouble shoot load balancers
Other Details:
· Salary : 12 K TH to 17.5 K TH
· Experience : (1 – 3)Years of Experience
· Education : Should be an ITI/Diploma/Graduate or equivalent
