- Required Skills:
Candidate must possess Excellent English communication – both oral & written.
Should have 2 to 5 years IT recruiting experience. Staffing/Consultancy experience
Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Must possess passion for recruitment.
Must be capable of interacting with Client Managers to understand requirements and coordinate
Should be Target / goal oriented and capable to work under pressure.
Ability to prioritize requirements and deliver quality profiles within 24 hours
Must be a self starter and have a strong understanding of the business world
Should have good Analytical, Time management. problem solving & people management skills, Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to resource the right candidates.
Should be Aggressive, determined, motivated, attention to details, and organized.
Accountable for the entire recruiting process as defined. Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
Ability to work independently and with people at all levels.
Bachelors degree a must
Salary will be standard industry hike on the current CTC
