CRM, Marketing and Retail Process Experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with UML and Business Process Modeling (any BPM tool)
Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Detail Oriented, Able to work independently and as part of a team
Implementing Retail Best Practices & ETP V5 Retail Solution
Liaising with stakeholders and third parties for functional scoping
Solution Design and working closely with R & D team for development of new capabilities
Configuration of the ETP Solution
Business User Training and Post Implementation Support
Total Work Experience of 4+ years
Should have a Retail Industry Experience with functional working experience in on Digital Marketing, Social Media and E-Commerce
Excellent retail domain knowledge and strong on CRM Functions & Digital Marketing (including social media)
Special skill required on CRM Marketing & Campaign management
Understanding of User Interface Design would be strong advantage
Designing and implementing CRM based software project in retail industry
Research on CRM practices and trends. Research on use of Technology for developing CRM solutions
Business Requirement Analysis/Functional Scoping including creation of Wireframes, UML Diagrams
