Job Description
| Responsible for implementation of standard practices for Injection Molding & Assy. & meeting customer demands, using multi Cavity Hot Runner Molds, Troubleshooting for Molding Process / Quality Issues. Lead Manufacturing Operations on all Technical / Business indicators, like Raw Material consumption, Plant OEE, Internal & Customer PPM, Performs High volume Production,Mold & Machine Maintenance, Effective utilization of available Manpower. Generate Cost Savings through Process Optimization & Capability Utilizing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including working knowledge of MS Office products and experience presenting to Senior Staff via Power Point presentations. Experience to build up and manage a team of plastic engineers with minimal supervision.Production planning and execution to match expected timely delivery, quality and cost targets. |
