Job Description




We are looking for   HR Manager (HR GENERALIST)for top MNC


Position Description:


Day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.  Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.


Job Description:


Ø  Employee Engagement processes – Induction, Joining formalities, Employee Record maintenance, Exit Formalities and Full & Final Settlement Process:


üTaking Induction Session for the junior, Executive & Middle level entrants in the Organization, Ensured induction of all employees as per the defined process.


üManage business letters related to employee’s  offer & appointment letter, service agreement,  background verification, allowances, request for evidences, transfer related documentation etc. and providing required information


üMaintain and updation of employee record on regular basis with details like present address and contacts, education and certifications minimum once in 3 months


üMaintain Employee record in defined file format with all the hard copy documents from joining to exit


üPerformance Appraisal processes, measurements & Rating processes


üExit Interviews, documentation and closure of Full &F Settlements


üTimely updation of Attendance & Leave Management in the HRIS System, verify & process record data of each employee for Gratuity, Mediclaim, and Insurance details. Updating & promoting the Company Policies & Procedures through HRIS System


 


Ø  Payroll Management:


üVerify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the schedule, Generating Pay slips and forwarding them to employees.


üManage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)


üManage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.


üTimely updation and verification of process record data of each employee for Gratuity, Mediclaim, and Insurance details.


Ø  Statutory Compliances / Labour Laws:


ü Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,) Registrations & Renewals etc…


ü P.F, E.S.I., P.T & Gratuity – Calculations, Remittances, Filings – i.e., – Online ECR Preparations & Upload, PF & ESI Payment Challans, Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual Returns & PF Transfer / Settlement etc..


Ø  Employee Insurance Management:


Ø  Employee connect or Engagement Programs:


ü  Meeting of onsite employees weekly or on monthly basis to address the concerns and grievances


 


ü  Identify the suitable engagement program and coordinate for conducting the same etc…


Ø  IT Niche Skills Recruitment


üSourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster & TimesJobs), Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with Clients.


ØMIS


üSubmission of Monthly, Quarterly and yearly report of employee count projectwise, Gaps, Attritions etc. to the management


üSubmission  of various reports based on management requirement
