EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile )
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
4-7 years of experience in parts quality engineering / assurance in auto OEM withstrong technical knowledge on vehicle systems.
TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS:
Must possess good knowledge
About parts (including its assembly matrix) in vehicle level.
About parts / child parts raw material & its properties.
About Quality system requirements (ISO Standards, Technical Specification 16949, APQP, ANPQP, PPAP, Quality System 9000)
Quality tools such as SPC (Statistical process control), DOE (Design of experiments), FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) &six sigma.
Inspection standard preparation thro converting drawings & engineering standards.
