Job Purpose:
To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling paid Training & Workshop over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) Plan & Organize Various Workshops & Seminars
Quality:
1) Effective Selling : Ratio of no. of sales calls to no. of conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile: Education: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) OR (PG – Any Post Graduate – Any Specialization)
- Any graduate / post graduate with 0 – 1 Yrs of experience in Sales.
- Willing to make a career in sales.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and Internet would be given preference.
- Ability to handle tough customers.
- Go getter attitude.
- Making outbound calls.
