You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours domestic and international. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.Responsibilities Handling flight ticket bookings & Documentation. Checking necessary documents, tickets and any other special requirements. Processing Bookings by Coordinating with operations Team. Co-operate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, alternate routes, transit-visa requirements (ifany) travel dates, costs & accommodations. Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials. Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends. Enter data into our software and maintain client files. Maintain statistical and financial records.RequirementsProven working experience as a travel consultant. Knowledge of International ticketing software, amadeus. Fluency in English, Hindi; multilingualism is a plus. Strong sales skills and commercial awareness. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends. Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage.QualificationsA degree in any subject is acceptable, although travel, tourism, languages, leisure, business studies or management degree holders may beat an advantage.A travel training company qualification or relevant travel agency, retail or sales work experience may also be helpful.Salary : As per Company norms.Working Hours : 10:00 am to 7:00 pmNo. of vacancies : 1 :
