We are an International Recruitment consultancy based at Mumbai. We have an excellent urgent opening with our client at Mumbai location.
Designation: Head Finance & Accounts.
Reporting to :Director.
Qualification : CA
Exp: Minimum 10 To 12 years experience in Real Estate.
Required Skills:
Should have experience working for developer firm
.
Should have working knowledge of banking procedures.
Should have expert knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes with accounting
aspects as applicable to an Individual, Firm, AOP, Trust and a Private Limited Company.
Should have knowledge of regulations governing real-estate companies
Knowledge of ERP (Farvision preffered)
Responsibilities:
To prepare financial projections / CMA / financial model & Cash-flow/ fund flow
To project receivables with Sales data
Prepare Teasers, Information Memorandum / Executive Summary of Proposal & Financials and presentation about the groups companies for fund raising.
Prepare the fund raising proposals for equity / debt funding proposals and credit proposals for submission to Banks Financial Institutions, Private Equity (PE) investors, VC Funds, Financiers, etc., for equity / debt / term loans / project finance / working capital finance, etc.
To do an own internal credit analysis / appraisal and potential risk analysis of the funding proposals and prepare plans / notes / defence to deal with potential objections / queries from the financiers / lenders / banks.
To present and initially discuss the clients proposals with the financiers / lenders / banks / institutions to know interest level; and understand their queries and objections; gather necessary information, and suitably reply in consultation with the seniors / management.
To continuously follow-up for the Term sheet / In-principal and Final Sanction of funding / credit proposal with various levels of authorities of financiers / lenders / banks / institutions.
Minutely Study the Term Sheet / Sanction Letter / Draft Agreements / Mortgage Deed & Other Security documents; Flag off Risk Areas; and discuss and resolve all problem areas though discussion among the management and the financiers / lenders / bank / institutions.
Coordinate in the Legal due diligence, documentation, security creation, and complying with pre-disbursement conditions; and help draw-down the sanctioned finance.
Assist in completing the post – disbursement conditions / covenants to the satisfaction of the financiers / lender / bank / institutions.
Finalization of Balance sheet & profit & loss A/c.
Co- ordinating with Auditors for audit of annual Balance Sheets, VAT Audit & Tax Audit, etc.
Return of TDS, VAT and Service tax.
Filing of Income Tax Returns.
Attending the Income Tax Scrutiny.
To ensure Accounting Standards in compliance with the rules
