Job Location: Malad West.
• Responsible for Procurement of all type of office requirements including AMC and contractual agreements.
• Select reliable vendors after evaluating their credentials.
• Negotiate with potential vendors for better price, quality and deliver time.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Prepare contract agreement with vendors including payment terms.
• Arrange tickets for employees on duty as and when required. Maintain Driver’s daily attendance record.
• End monthly report to HR for payroll processing.
• Allocation of driver’s duty.
• Arrange I-Card of employees.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Good in English communication.
