You will be supervising the accounts of Furniture Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. as well as other small sister concerns.

a. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control
Procedures for all account department employees. The SOP for the account employees should be
Created within the first month of joining and should be monitored and adhered to strictly. Also
the Sops created should be used for training any new employee in the accounts department in a

b. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
c. Monitor and supervise of Day-to- Day accounting work.
d. Preparation of Monthly Trial Balance, Profit and loss statements and monthly stock and cost
e. Create charts for periodic statutory payments, EMIs, insurance premiums, statutory returns, tax
f. Complete working knowledge of excise, Vat, Income tax calculation & return preparation &
g. Visit Factory, Mall showrooms minimum weekly (and more) as per requirements and
h. Verify whether Purchase Book, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals are maintained.
i. Preparing/ Monitoring Bank Reconciliation statements.
j. Preparing of Receivables, Payables and advances.
k. Monitoring cash flow statements.
l. Monitor Payroll Processing, monitoring increments & statutory compliances like PF, ESI, PT
m. Financial accounting up to finalization.
n. Interaction with various departments for their requirements and various financial issues.
o. Comply and report corporate governance.
p. Preparing bank loan proposal documents, preparing projection report, CME report & other
q. Co-coordinating with Consultants/Statutory Auditor for Audits and other department
r. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects,
s. Prepare Import & Export Documentations and compliances thereof.
t. Other duties as assigned from time to time by Board of Directors.
u. You will be reporting to Board of Directors.
Accounting reports, MIS and Balance Sheet and presentation of the same to the management
