We are hiring candidates with experience in Recruitment for our team in Kolkata .
Specification / Skills / Experience
This role will be within Operations and the person will be working closely with Two Recruitment Managers in the UK for Fresher Recruitment for key business areas Infra and Apps.
The role involves significant activity in screening candidate application/ cv, arranging online tests, telephone interview and assessment centre.
High volume of communication with candidates through e-mail and telephone.
The role also demands to work on logistics management, report creation and Global Procurement System.
Location- Kolkata
Experience- 6 months to2 yrs
Primary Skills (Must have)
It is essential that the candidate has experience of screening application/ cv of candidates
Strong client facing skills and a good listener.
Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
Proven time management skills as the need to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines is essential.. Experience of delivering a service in a busy environment, where customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Very strong MS Office skills, in particular excel and outlook.
Ability to work within a team however, also able to use own initiative and be a self-driven when required
Exposure of working in Application Tracking System like TalentLink, TalentNow, i-Grasp will be an added advantage
Candidate must be willing to work in UK shift.
