• Identifying vendors for all IT and Non-IT purchase requirements. Manage the list of preferred vendors.
• Send RFP/RFQs to the vendors
• Negotiate with the vendors to get the best possible rates
• Manage and Govern the procurement process / guidelines
• Manage and Govern the supplier risk and performance management process
• Co-ordinate with different functions in complying to the supplier risk and performance management standards
• Manage all STPI related activities
• Maintain MIS and dashboards for all procurement requests
• Manage and Maintain Documentation of processes and operating guidelines
• 5-6 years of experience in procurement
• Experience in Oracle iBuy / iProcurement is a must
• Knowledge on STPI is a must
• strong analytical skills
• strong oral and written communication
• Advanced skills in Excel will be an asset
• Ability to work independently
• Time-management skills, multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate
