Job Description: 1) Lead Team of 20 marketing executives and motivate them to improve sales.
2) Follow up of all hot enquiries with executives/ dealers/ agents to convert them to orders.
3) Should possess excelling order closing skills
4) Organizing demos to customers
5) Regularly Monitor the team work and ensure team objectives are attained.
6) Resolving customer queries and issues
7) Improving existing Dealer relations and further expanding dealer network
8) Improve brand value in the market through Advt. Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, etc.,
9) Giving presentations, distributing brochures, product CDs during Associations meetings.
10) Build good relationship with existing customers as reference to new potential buyers
11) Build relationship with mill operators, leading dealers and agents
12) Should be result oriented in achieving the sales Targets.
13) Experience in marketing of grains processing machinery will be added advantage
14) Keep informed and updated of developments in industry, competitor products and activities.
