Practice Builders in Irvine, CA is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help to continue and improve the companys successful growth.
The Marketing specialist will develop and implement marketing plans and programs (with major emphasis on online marketing) to generate interest and leads for the different services and products that Practice Builders offers.
The ultimate goal of this position is to generate leads through various online marketing channels and improve the companys online presence.
The right candidate will have a good track record of lea generation through online marketing strategies.
At 6 months, the candidate will be expected to:
Have fully created online marketing plans and strategies
Show improvement in online lead generation
Key Responsibilities:
Develop concepts, implement and manage marketing strategies that drive demand for products and services. These strategies include (but are not limited to):
oEmail marketing
oSEO
oPPC (and other online ad solutions)
oSocial Media
oWebinars
oCold calling
oOnline affiliate programs
Research, conceive, design, execute and manage lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads to our various sales teams.
Monitor analytics and results.
Develop and execute contact nurturing campaigns for prospects as a means of maintaining engagement and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Source, recommend, build, and implement a marketing automation solution to our existing Salesforce.com CRM capability as well as manage upgrades to core functionality.
Research competitor tactics, market conditions and trends in the industry. Offer recommendations to upper management for optimizing our market approach.
Manage one additional team member.
Be a part of the new product development team.
Key Skills:
Good experience in online marketing, lead generation and marketing campaign management
Strong online marketing experience
Expert in email marketing and database management
Expert in SEO
Expert in Social Media marketing (e.g. Facebook ads)
Experience in marketing to doctors and dentists is a major plus
Experience in marketing a B2B technology or SaaS environmen is a major plus
Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot and Marketo) is a major plus
Advanced project management and leadership skills; proven ability to navigate and influence across teams
Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment, including corralling and supporting sales people all over the country
Self-motivated, highly-organized and detail-oriented; ambitious and intellectually curious; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
