OUR CLIENT A LARGE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN QATAR REQUIRES PLANNING MANAGERS, CANDIDATE MUST BE BE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING MUST HAVE 10 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE , GULF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

The Planning Manager is responsible for the overall project program and manages all scheduling activities. This role includes the management of internal interfaces during construction, which deals with the interactions between overlapping and sequence of different activities at within the construction phases. The main activities of the planning team will be as follows:

Preparation of the Master Works program,

Responsibility for all Program deliverables to the Employer,

Management of the project Planning Network,

Coordination of the program developments and submissions,

Progress monitoring,

Management of the phasing plans and co-activity between the different construction Groups

Management of internal interfaces conflicts between Construction Groups and propose solutions

Ensuring Employer monthly report’s consistency in terms of progress makers versus Project commitments and contractual requirements,

Preparation and management of the necessary reporting tools/indicators/analysis for the Project Management during various phases of the project in order to:

Identify the critical activities and their potential consequences,

Proposing the necessary mitigation actions on coordination with the Majors Entities
