Responsible for the entire operations of multiple restaurants across Bangalore region. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction, to develop and recommend the budgets, marketing plans, objectives and manage within the approved plans, Ensure development and management of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture larger share of the market to meet/exceed sales, financial goals and objectives, to monitor profit and loss in all aspects, to ensure proper staffing across the restaurants & also responsible for local store hiring. Will be directly reporting to the National Head.
