Graduate Engineer from a reputed institute
– Provide leadership to deliver Manufacturing excellence for Food Ingredients production facilities.
– Deliver Productivity, Quality, Compliance & Food standard framework
– Familiarity with Food ingredients will be a big plus
– Profiles from Chemical Background / Pharma Organisations will also be good fit for the role
– Excellent knowledge of USFDA (both setting up and implementation)
– Identify Improvement opportunities in systems & processes.
– Develop road map & drive improvements.
– Well versed with Quality – RCA and CAPA implementation, OTIF, Productivity, People development.
– Drive Lean manufacturing & Business excellence initiatives.
– Well versed with Health, safety and Environment, Food Safety Standards.
– Good Communication skills along with the ability to strategies, plan and implement processes right from scratch is very important.
– Experience in Food industry or Food ingredients is a big advantage.
