ü Experience of Exchange Server (2010 & 2013)
ü Design, Implement and Administration of MS Exchange server 2010 or 2013
ü Migration from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013
ü Backup and disaster recovery
ü Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts
ü Good ActiveSync troubleshooting knowledge
ü Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side
ü Exchange Server Patching
ü Communicate with customers across the globe via telephone, email, and other electronic communications regarding problems and provide solution.
ü Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing RCA.
ü Participate in meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
ü Should have PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge
ü Conduct technical session for Team.
ü Should be good in service improvement
ü Excellent written and oral communications skills
ü Open to flexible work timings
