REMUNERATION :-
• Experienced :- 10K to 15K + Incentives upto 10K
• Event Coordinator ;- 12K to 18K + Incentives upto 10K
• HR Client Relations :- 15K to 21K + Incentives upto 12K
JOB Profile :-
1. Sourcing Relevant candidates for Esteemed Clients
2. Open to Call Candidates from Portals
3. Convince them to Apply & ensure they WALK-IN
4. Ensure Weekly Offer & Joinee Targets Achieved
5. Ensure Candidate Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
6. DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.
EVENT COORDINATORS :-
1. Driving Team to Source Relevant Candidates for Esteemed Clients
2. Ensure Good Briefing, Grooming to match requirement
3. Event management of Respective Client
4. Ensure Weekly Targets Achieved
5. Ensure Client Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
6. DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.
CLIENT RELATIONS :-
1. Manage 6 Clients Independently
2. Ensure Good Briefing, Grooming to match requirement
3. Event management of Respective Client
4. Ensure Weekly Targets Achieved for all 6 Clients
5. Ensure Client Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
6. DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.
