Job Description:
- Plan & execute the strategy for hiring.
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
- Deliver and meet overall quality parameters.
- Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per the requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
- Source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
Desired Skills:
- Atleast 1.5 Years of experience
- NON – IT experience recruitment is must
- Know end to end recruitment cycle
- Must have had managed clients
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.
- Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment.
