We are the Recruitment Consultants operating from Mumbai, presently we have been approached with a leading MNC into Digital Hearing Devices. They are one of the largest suppliers of Digital Hearing Devices in India.
The company is looking for clinical Audiologist to be based in jalandhar
Job Profile
• You shall be responsible for providing professional Audiological services (Responsible for testing, assessing the hearing loss and selecting and fitting the appropriate hearing aids);
• Counseling and complete rehabilitation for the patient and his family by explaining and ensuring relevant behavioral and environmental changes to his family and making home visits to patients who cannot come to the center;
• Maintaining liaison with ENT departments and hospitals and informing them of our new products and maintaining the highest professional standards and conduct following company procedures as per check list provided in Company Manual;
• You shall be responsible for participating in following marketing and sales activities like answering all queries pertaining to Hearing Center, as a company, and facilities provided and providing audiological guidance to marketing personnel /dealers as and when required. (telemarketing through e-mail/phone);
• Noting down requirements /complaints /suggestions of customers;
• Assisting and supporting sales staff in increasing sales and working for company promotional activities as: giving suggestions to promote our product through advertising, greetings to customers and professionals, contacting other professionals concerned (audiologists, doctors) in order to provide relevant information concerning product and audiology;
• You shall be responsible for record keeping and Hearing center maintenance: doing required paper work for all hearing aids sold, brought for repairs etc. and keeping record of all monthly sales made (hearing aids, spares, accessories) and maintain Client Database ;
• To carry out regular checks of all instruments to ensure proper functioning of all and maintain stock list and list more requirements from the HO;
• You shall be responsible for any other responsibilities imposed upon you by the Company from time to time.
