Responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth functioning of the recruitment process.
Vendor management, Advertisements, job postings, campus interviews and Bulk hiring
Manage Day-to-day recruitment process
Conducting initial telephonic interviews.
Screening the resumes from job sites.
Generates and evaluates various reports.
Recruits manpower as appropriate or as required by the respective department heads.
Is responsible for providing the HR induction to new joiners.
Responsible for escalating any HR related issues pertaining to recruitment.
Responsible for intra-office communication related to HR pertaining to recruitment process.
Conduct background check of new joinees and record the same.
