1. Candidate has to establish & maintain good customer relationship, develop schemes and plans to meet the expectations of customers.
2. Plan and Deliver effective sales strategies, work with team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Gather Product Knowledge and Monitor the progress of new and existing financial products.
4. Branch Manager should have the ability to delegate supervision of day-to-day operations to staff at branch offices.
5. He should ensure that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms effectively.
7. Branch Manager provides advisory services to corporate & HNI on funds management, along with maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.
