Planning and coordinating the delivery of new & existing products as per the customer requirements
Coordinating with Plant Operations, Marketing (Exports & Domestic) to sign-off the rolling production plan in accordance with the sales plan & capacity plan
Coordinating with new product development team to sign-off the capacity, production, and RM plan for New products
Communicating effectively with Purchase, Marketing and Production teams and ensuring on time delivery of manufactured components as per the production plan
Leading the production review and Delivery assurance review to ensure delivery of products as per the plan (monthly, weekly and daily)
Coordinating for capacity planning reviews for entire supply chain as per the production plan
Ensuring availability of raw material & capacity to meet the production plan
Benchmarking and continually improving the Production planning and control process
Generating and distributing necessary MIS reports in accurate and timely manner, continuously updating the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
