Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement.
2.Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
3.Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
4.Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing & salary
negotiation.
5.Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment is Must.
6.Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
7.Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
8.Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.
9.Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients
10.Work at a base level for the business development of the company, (Inside Sales)
11.Making Business proposals
12.Follow up with the Clients on regular basis.
