Job Description
Job Title: Store Keeper
Department : Accounts & Finance
Job Purpose:
Performs a variety of stock receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes supplies and equipment; maintains inventory and stock records and perform related work as required.
Principle Accountabilities (Explain principle Accountabilities that the job must achieve in six to eight points and for each accountability explain what is done. Also list how this accountability is measured.
Relevant Performance Measures:
Cluster 1:
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Cluster 2:
Maintains the warehouse area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Cluster 3:
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding stock receipts, deliveries, expiry, repairs and surplus stock.
Communication and Working Relationships : CFO, Commercial Manager, Senior Accountant, Production, Feed Mill, and Sales department.
Skills and knowledge:
Educational : Graduate in commerce. MS-Office, Good Communication skills
Relevant Experience: 2 years working in storage operations.
Age Between 30-35 years. ECNR Passport with minimum 1 year validity mandatory.
