Profile description:
- To make aware the interested clients about various services of the company.
- Follow up with the clients after a certain period of time.
- Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
- Answer queries of clients as well as question them to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Maintenance of their call recordings so that their concerned supervisors may keep a track of them.
- Keeping record of their recordings so that their calls quality may be judged by their concerned supervisors.
- Fixing up of calls with the clients.
- To upkeep the relevant records related to Information security management system & Quality Management system.
