Job Purpose

Todrive the product function for women’s wear and Non apparel for Allen Solly.Key accountabilities: (1) Creating the range to ensure product KPIs are met.(2) Drive consumer thinking in product management (3) Drive product managementprocesses like- bechmarking, quality brief and re engineering (4) Bring a deepmarket understanding and channel understanding in product creation.

Merchandise Grid Management


 


 


 



  • Conduct trend analysis from the available sales data


  • Obtain feedback of past performance of offering’s from key channel partners


  • Running costing sheets to maintain budgeted GP/CBA and providing inputs to finalize MRPs accordingly


  • Manage product price and maintain PC to MRP ratio as per the budgets


·        Indenting/quantity finalization at SKU level for all product categories    


  • Develop a merchandise grid for the season


  • Provide the brand brief to Design studio for the season



Co-ordinating with various interfaces to ensure production of right merchandise mix as per time schedules



  • Ensuring planned grids are implemented in production and PPM numbers are achieved.


  • Ensuring regional market requirements are met (onam/puja/EOSS)


  • Ensuring salesman sample / write-up / booking kit to accompany monthly offering


  • Finalize Goldseal/material requirement plan


  • Work closely with retail and other channels and understand their requirements and manage product range to fulfil the same.


 



Inventory Management



  • Conducting Sell through analysis


  • Managing leftover raw material, repackaging, re offering and dormancy control
