Job / Role Purpose
To handle end to end responsibility of a sales/CRM, identifying marketing and sales issues, conducting analyses, putting together conclusions and effectively deploying marketing plans and programs to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted top line as per business plan by ensuring targeted sales volumes at approved price levels.
- To activate and coordinate the different streams of business so as to ensure regular, predictable business.
- To create and develop alternate channels for increasing width and depth of distribution pipelines
- To monitor sales team/CRM Team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
- Forecasting customer’s requirements based on analysis of off-takes in the market.
- Collating market feedback and briefing management
- Monitoring of competitors activities/strategies.
- To manage price ladders, strategic pricing to maximize revenues and control supply.
- To liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge and percolate the same to the team
- To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and provide timely feedback as per market dynamics
- To arrange for training sessions whenever required on product and on the other facets that will ensure a more capable team
- Formulating business plans and ensuring adherence to the same for achieving targets.
- Driving Pre/ Post sales efforts including market research and trend analysis initiatives.
- Develop local contacts in the property development business, including channel partners
- Develop close contacts with customers and must be able to leverage these contacts for referral business for the group
- Exhibit Cornerstone Values in all interaction with colleagues – internal and external relationships and external business partners.
