Develop a comprehensive business plan.
Ensure that the product catalogue has mid-high fashion quotient.
Regularly reviewing performance indicators , such as sales , discount levels & sell throughs.
Manage inventory to maximize stock turns/SPSF (OTIF) and monitor discounts/price grids across brands
Implementation of Forecasting and replenishment systems
Monitor and review weekly performance of the category
Adhere to process calendar
Cross-functional integrations to ensure consistency in brand values and imagery.
