1. Have experience of BPO sector hiring and front line hiring.

2. Sourcing, Screening and short listing the potential candidates.

3. Hiring for international bpo.

4. Hiring from different sources using job portals (naukri,shine,linkedin,times job & quikr) references, job postings.

5. Screening CVs as per Non- IT skills requirement.

6. Short-listing of candidates before sending across to the client.

7. Scheduling the interviews and Taking the preliminary interviews.

8. Arrange for the candidate’s interview with the clients and coordinate with them during the selection process.

9. Coordinating & supervising interview rounds with the short-listed candidates.

10. Follow up on final selection.
