Job Details:
Looking for Technical Recruiters (Information Technology) for our clients in US, someone who has worked with W2 (Green card & US Citizens) and H1B Candidates for hiring in US Market.
· Must have excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn etc.)
· Good understanding of IT Staffing in US market.
· Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
· Must have good communication skills
