Urgently required for a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company specializing in Fabrication, Construction and Maintenance Services for Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects in Oman.

Profile Summary
-Responsible for the preparation of a cost effective and technically competent proposal and /or quotation that meets customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
-Defining the cost estimate of materials, fabrication, welding, or subcontracted work and labor for tender or project.
-Deriving the quantity of takeoff material from tender drawings from tender /project specifications and finding a Manpower requirement.
-Analyzing specifications, including sketches, BOM or sample layouts, and calculate total costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data.
-Preparing a competitive system proposal on time.
-Liaison with internal customers, sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations.
-Working closely with project team to win project orders.
-Preparation and maintaining historical data base on a regular basis.
-Closely work with Proposal Team for submission of multimillion dollar bids/proposals on-time, follow-up and client relationship/review meeting and further

Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
-Minimum of 13 to 15 years + experience in Oil & Gas projects.
-Candidates having experience in Middle east would have advantage.

Required Skills
-Proficient with MS Office Program.
-Bidding, Tendering & Proposal Management, Contracts/sub contracts management, Client Relationship.

Preferred Skills
A responsible, self motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Oil & Gas Market.
