Urgent opening for internal Auditor in Manufacturing Unit.
Job Descrition :
~ Performing the regular internal audit to examine the accounting and internal control.
~ Identifying and test controls on which reliance is to be placed
~ Ensuring the regularity in laid down procedures.
~ This covers all areas viz. Cash, Bank, Purchase, sales, journal debit note and Credit Note, Expenses etc.
~ Valuation of inventory, extent of old/obsolete stock, reconciliation of records of
inventory with the stock statement and physical verification of inventory on sample
basis.
~ Age-wise classification of book debts, extent of book debts not recoverable and
comments on efforts made by the company for speedy collection of book debts.
~ Review of stock and book debts statement submitted to Banks, and review of various statutory returns submitted its preparation and accuracy.
~ Keep a track on inward and outward movement of raw materials / finished goods and to submit day to day records to the management
~ Review of the laid down system and offering the suggestion wherever the scope of improvement is required in various departments:
• Stores Department
• Personal department
• Purchase Department
~ Ensuring the correct and timely submission fall the applicable statutory records.
~ Random checking of cash in hand / cheques on hand and reconciliation
Qualification : Graduate of any stream
Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 year ( FMCG Sales Experience )
Salary : 15,000 to 20,000 k
Location : Boisar (Tarapur)
