Job Description:
Maintaining strong relationship with the Customers.
Coordinate appointments to show the property to the prospective buyers
Doing site visiting to the customers and convincing to buy a plot
Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals.
Appraise properties to determine the loan values.
Responsible for grow up the business by sustaining the customers.
Responsible for total business according to my target wise.
Collecting 2nd payment and processing for registration with loan.
Ensures sales target achievement as per the target.
Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents in order to improve sales techniques.
Generating the leads on our own through social networks.
