TGS Constructions Pvt. Ltd. stands for affordable housing solutions for all. But that is not an easy concept at all. In spite of the surge in prices of the real estate sector the margins of the realtors have been very low due to the government restrictions, delay in approvals, land acquisition problems, escalating material costs and many other factors. In such a scenario building and selling homes and apartments at least at 40 percent lower than the market prices seems almost impossible. But that is what TGS Constructions Pvt. Ltd. stands for.
