Urgently required for a leading Group of Companies for their Engineering, Construction & Maintenance Projects in Doha, Qatar.

Job Objective
The main objective is to Study the Tender Documents, Prepare the BOQ, Prepare Pricing sheets, Prepare the Techno-commercial Offers.

Principal Accountabilities
-Studying the Tender documents, understanding the scope.
-Responsible for preparing the technical clarifications to customers.
-Generate the BOQ as per the scope of work and drawings.
-Corresponding with Suppliers, Vendors, Sub-contractors for getting the best offers.
-Techno-commercial evaluation of Offers.
-Co-ordinate with other departments/ head office for documents required for Tender submission
-Prepare the Pricing sheet and other formats
-Prepare Method statements
-Ensure timely submission of Tenders and update the status.
-Any other task as requested by the manager.

Educational Background & Experience:
-Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
-Minimum of 6 years total experience in Oil and Gas & MEP projects.
-In depth knowledge of Piping / Pipelines for MEP works.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in Construction field.

Required Competencies
-Good communication skills
-Good Time Management
-Ability to work in a team.
-Knowledgeable in MS application
