Ability to review, analyze, markup, draft, negotiate and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements as described above.

Manage various projects and deadlines assigned by the General Counsel and global Legal Manager.

Experience working in a technology and sales centric organization and the issues that arise in such environments.
Familiarity with and ability to discuss confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property and business conflict issues.
Being well-versed on Indian statues and labour laws and keeping current with respect to legislative changes that may affect the enterprise and its affiliates is a plus.
Work with and assist the global Legal Manager and the HR team (Local and host jurisdictions) with immigration matters which include short term visas, work permits and various other documentations including Invite letters required for the application.
Work with the India HR team to fulfil India Compliance and regulatory requirements. Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for filings to be made under the regulatory framework in India.
Assist the CISO and the internal Audit team with documentations and Internal/External audit for various ISO licensing.
Assist the finance / business team with understanding various clauses in contracts.
Work with and onboard local law firms for legal matters requiring outside counsel engagement.
Bachelors or Masters degree in law and minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial transactions and corporate matters in an outside law firm or in house position.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet daily deadlines.
Ability to excel in a highly professional and fast paced environment.
Highest ethical and moral standards to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential corporate, employee and client information.
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, documentation and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand business issues and apply creative solutions meeting business requirements.
A client service attitude.
Demonstrated experience working well in small teams and working with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds in an international business environment.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and willingness to learn other internal systems.
Exhibit and promote outstanding professional personal and business persona.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
Willingness to periodically work early morning and late evening hours to collaborate with General Counsel and Legal Manager in US — travel not required.
