1. Standard protocols such as TR069, IGMP and DVB standards
2. Understanding of network / switching and Optic networks
3. Understanding of encryption/ IP /Wireless and ITTU protocols
4. Understanding of IDC/NOC working
5. Hands on experience on Broadband Applications and Technology.
6. Good Experience in Metro Ethernet Technology.
7. Experience in Managing IP/MPLS Network with at least 500 Notes.
8. Knowledge on B-RAS, AAA and Policy Manager.
9. Knowledge on peering and cashing.
10. Team Management Should have managed atleast 2-3 Managers for a period of 2-3 years.
11. Should be updated with latest Broadband and IP TechnologiesWork Experience
1. Should have 10 – 12 Years of work experience in Telco / ISP/ Video service Provider background
2. Should have lead large intellectual teams
3. Should have worked with Business/Operations
4. Should have experience in Managing Network Operating Center.
5. Managing a service that has been delivered on a metro Ethernet environment. Additional knowledge of GPON is desirable.
6. Knowledge of video; experience in managing a Triple Play environment is desirable
