This Position is to manage the multiple outlets of the company.
FUNCTION OBJECTIVES / JOB PURPOSE:
• To manage multiple outlets.
• To formulate strategies for pricing, purchase etc.
• Retail Strategy Formulation and Execution
• Responsible for Retail Expansion –market mapping, site selection, property acquisition, project management and Store roll out.
• Responsible for Sales, Margins and Profitability targets
• P&L management.
• To drive inventory hygiene and stock loss prevention
• Improve operational efficiency/productivity at stores and SOP adherence
• Implement Local marketing and communication strategy to drive Footfalls.
• Customer Experience Management
• Retail Resources Management.
• To provide leadership and direction to the Team to achieve business objectives
