– Manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
– Checking inward, storage, picking, packing and distribution activity of their supervisor.
– Ensure the sales orders converts into daily dispatches.
– Daily dispatch planning with coordinating with sales order coordinator, marketing team.
– Coordination with customer requirements.
– Ensure every inward and invoices are correct.
– Access control on Tally operations & Permissions to updating, deleting and changes in data with authorized confirmation.
– Manage Periodical stock takes, physical count, cycle count (schedule preparation to clear discrepancies) .
– Sample checking of loading/ unloading and related warehousing activities.
– Communication on all levels for changes and new implementations in written and oral with training and practices.
– Preparation for schedule, various reports and MIS.
– To ensure the 5s is maintained in the warehouse all the time.
– Help to resources for smooth and no risk operations (e. g: Security) .
– Must know & have worked on SAP (MM & SD) module.
