Specialist – Digital Marketing(H)
Digital Marketing Specialistis responsible for developing marketing emails campaigns, website, marketing automation programs, QA, pulling data and reports or technical/analytic support in straightforward projects using established procedures. Understands and follows Development Life Cycle. This individual is a contributor to projects and will support project leads.
Experience and Requirements:
• 2-3 years of work experience with a background in digital marketing; financial services a plus
• Deep understanding for digital marketing concepts especially with email marketing, list management, data, analytics, HTML/CSS development and marketing automation.
• Solid criticaland creative thinking skills; able to understand and anticipate the impact and opportunities ofmultiple critical projects and deadlines
• Highly responsive to time-sensitive requests
• Concise and persuasive oral and written communications skills; excellent command of spoken and written English and grammar
• Proactive, can-do attitude and work ethic with a hunger for keeping up with the latest technological changes
• Demonstrate strong initiative and follow through, the ability to interact well with employees at all levels, and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
• Mastery HTML, javascript, CSS, software as service email marketing platforms (Exact Target, Marketo &Cvent a big plus), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint);Google Analytics and Adobe creative suite a plus.
• Understand basic Development QA processes
• Proficient in CMS systems
• Worked with CRM systems and salesforce a plus.
• Education requirement: bachelor’s degree. Masters a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Writes new code with basic functionality, working with basic application system designs and specifications and utilizing standard procedures and techniques.
• Can take designs and develop them into digital HTML/CSS code from slicing to building pages by from scratch.
• Understand best practices.
