Credit and risk assessment of Mortgages and Consumer proposals. Appraising retails and high value credit proposals and judging appropriateness of relevant documents for risk mitigation for Mortgages(HL, LAP) and Consumer loans(LAS, PL, Auto loans, Gold Loans) for Entire Raipur and nearby locations.

underwrite High value loan proposals and Sanctioning and Disbursing Authority.

Maintaining turnaround time for the end to end process completion without affecting the quality of appraisal.

Conducting team work shops and Audit of channel partners/agencies, Concurrent audit and annual bank audit for the product.

Responsible for PDD management, OD renewals and NPA management, Legal and Technical audits on quarterly basis for High value proposals, Meeting Priority sector lending targets and maintaining delinquency management in the zone.

Team Handling of CPAs, Relationship officers for documentation and Bank Financial statement:
