CEB is searching for a Research Analyst to be part of an India-based team that serves as an extension of HR’s global content creation team. The Research analyst will help develop CEB’s HR related content, including best practices and data assets. This content will be aimed at serving the needs of CHRO’s and their teams operating globally. The role will involve extensive qualitative research and developing insights and approaches to address key issues facing CHRO’s. Analysts in the HR Practice area should have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in any or all of the following areas: The analyst will primarily work in the HR domain across areas like, workforce planning, HR strategy, employee engagement and retention, leadership and development, performance management, recruiting, corporate governance and executive management, performance management, compensation and benefits

Responsibilities:


-Conduct wide-ranging secondary literature searches and synthe information to elicit key insights for use in short white papers/research products.


-Use analytical tools such as root cause analysis to identify the drivers of members’ business problems, create hypotheses regarding solutions, and test differences between conventional and progressive practice.


-Respond to inbound research inquiries from executives at individual member organizations who need quick turnaround data and solutions. -Perform research by reading, networking with members, vendors and senior researchers, evaluating and analyzing information


-Arrange and conduct interviews with senior executives, academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas


-Deliver on a regular calendar of research deliverables – white papers, quick response notes, issue briefs– around a specific HR functional area -Build web-based resource centers, toolkits and benchmarking analyses.

-Aspiration to constantly learn and improve


Preferred Experience:

-Masters with 0-2 years of Research / Management Consulting experience
