POSITION TITLE: Program Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience of managing highly complex, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Good verbal, comprehension and written communication skills in English with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and understand the context of specific research deliverables.
• Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, OneNote, and Project an advantage.
• Design experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications advantageous. Knowledge of graphics and HTML applications highly beneficial.
• A solid understanding of information technology terminology and functions required.
• Evidence of an ability to work under pressure, within tight time-lines and with strict attention to detail
• Ability to analyze a problem independently when armed with incomplete information and to distill conclusions into easy-to-digest summaries for senior management.
• Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal direction.
• Capable of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to continually re-prioritize tasks.
