1. Assesses current situation vs. desired state Manages formal certification programs (required support and infrastructure to unit ) when applicable
2. – Quality Implementation/Action Plan: Customizes and implement QAP/QIP based on Quality Best Practices and Policies based on the needs of the accounts and units – Accountable for executing action plan implementation, including defining and measuring KPIs / impacts / changes, developing program plans, and tracks progress in conjunction with the steering committee
3. Customer experience improvements- VA – Leads the Value Assurance Program implementation and realisation to maximize the value to the Customer – CSAT – Supports the definition and execution of CSAT Improvement Plan and lifecycle
4. Provide consulting services to accounts units.
